I’m Astrid. Business mentor, emotional alchemist, and intuitive guide for women who want to build a business from identity, inner safety, and soul-aligned leadership.
For the last 17 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of:

I’ve been a business owner for more than 13 years. I’ve worked behind the scenes for global brands like Nikon and DJ Fedde Le Grand. And, I’ve mentored more than 300 women through deep identity shifts and business expansion.
But here’s the truth I learned through all of it:
A strategy can’t take you somewhere your nervous system doesn’t believe is safe.
